About Us

CyrusPowered™ Products is a provider of On-Demand web applications and Enterprise level solutions to the Building Automation & Controls Industry.  Formed in 2004 as a division of Cyrus Technologies, Inc. to address the ever growing needs and demands of its market. We released our flagship application, HostedControls™ in the second quarter of 2005.

Headed by Vice President of Cyrus Technologies, Matt Horton, and Director of Technology, Michael Best, CyrusPowered™ Products is made up of a team of technology professionals from the E-Commerce and Building Automation sectors.

A few notable achievements:

• We were the first to offer a BAS front-end application as a subscription based on-demand application.
• We were the first to use AJAX (before that term was coined) as a standard BAS user interface methodology, providing a refresh-less user web environment.
• The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill awarded their Enterprise Building Management System integration project to Cyrus Technologies, Inc. in 2005, and CyrusPowered™ HostedControls™ Campus Version is the front-end application selected.
• We were the first to build a building automation management system using the DotNetNuke™ application framework.
